Construction Challenges – New Build, Refurbishment, and Retrofit

Construction, whether it be new build, refurbishment, or retrofit, can often pose unexpected or peculiar access challenges. Whilst structures should be designed and projects planned with buildability in mind, it is not always the case that there is a straightforward, traditional solution.

Architecturally unusual structures, complex areas like factories or industrial facilities with intricate infrastructure, places over water, uneven floors, or just very high locations are where we come into our own.

When access via MEWPs or scaffold is not possible or too expensive, rope access and access platforms are almost always the preferred solution.
