CAN Structures Limited was instructed to undertake the inspection and safety surveys of 4 tower blocks on the Silchester Estate, London.

The purpose of the inspections was to determine the condition of the building façade. Loose and potentially dangerous defects had begun to cause concern to building management.

The façade inspections were undertaken using specialised rope access techniques. which identified and recorded the type, location and size of the façade defects, allowing the client to prioritise future repairs.

Following the successful Phase 1 inspections, CAN was subsequently awarded Phase 2 of the inspection works.
