Inspection and repairs of cladding panels located on a residential building located in London.
- CAN utilised rope access methods to work on all elevations of the building. Completing a cladding inspection at height offered safe working, flexibility and a cost effective solution.
- Following an initial water ingress inspection, remedial works included the removal of the bottom row of cladding tiles from each panel of the external elevations.
- Existing tile fixing brackets were removed and repositioned at a higher level, so that tiles could be refitted correctly.
