CAN was appointed to remove redundant services and demolition debris from a large inaccessible void as part of a multi-million-pound office refurbishment project.
The confined spaces abseil team employed standard rope access techniques to access the void which was 20m deep by 0.5 metres wide.
All redundant services were dismantled and hauled from the void using a dedicated hauling system. New HV cables and plumbing services were then installed within the void by the CAN team.
